1. Video Required for Refund Claims
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video while opening your parcel.
The video must start before opening the package and continue without any cuts or edits until the product is fully shown.
No refund or replacement requests will be accepted without an unboxing video.
2. Eligible Refunds & Replacements
A refund or replacement may be provided only if:
You receive the wrong product.
You receive a damaged or defective product.
The issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or replacements will not be accepted if:
The product has been used or worn.
The product has been washed or cleaned.
The product is damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
The original tags, packaging, or accessories are missing.
No valid unboxing video is provided.
4. Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, bras and intimate wear cannot be returned or exchanged once they have been used, worn, or washed.
5. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
The refund or replacement process will begin after our team verifies your claim.
Refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
